Services

Tidy Tower Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services throughout Central Florida, including:

• Residential junk removal
• Commercial cleanouts
• Furniture and appliance removal
• Construction debris removal
• Estate cleanouts
• Hot tub and mattress disposal

SMS Communication Terms

• Consent Required: You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages
• Business Purpose: Messages are sent for appointment scheduling, service updates, and customer support
• Opt-Out Rights: You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Message Frequency: Varies based on service needs, typically 1-5 messages per service appointment
• Carrier Liability: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues

Pricing and Payment

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided
• Final pricing may vary based on actual volume and complexity
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials or difficult access

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about items to be removed
• Ensuring safe and legal access to the property
• Identifying and separating hazardous materials
• Being present during scheduled service times
• Providing accurate contact information for SMS communications

Items We Cannot Remove

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos)
• Medical waste or biohazardous materials
• Radioactive materials
• Wet paint or stains
• Items requiring special permits or disposal methods

Liability and Insurance

Tidy Tower Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence during service
• Maximum liability not to exceed the cost of services provided
• Property damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
• We are not liable for pre-existing property damage

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
• No-shows may be charged a trip fee
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices. We donate, recycle, or properly dispose of items according to local regulations and environmental best practices.
